The gas and oil companies
want your money! So,
don't give it to them... at least not for one day. No, this
won't send the price of gas falling down or financial hurt the big gas
and oil companies like BP, Chevron, Exxon, or any of the
others. It won't have an effect on the ones who control the
prices of gas. Then why should you commit not to buy gas on March 31,
2011? Because we need to unite and stand together for what we
believe in and show the government and the regulating officials that we
aren;t just going to stand around and let them do what they want to do.
Just simply
avoid gas
stations on March 31, 2011 and show them that we are fed up.
A
moment of comedy, please...
BP created
on of the greatest disasters ever by an oil company. They
made an "effort" to clean it up, but not before placing the blame on
others. They ruined the lives of many people and destroyed
the oceans and the wild life. Yet, we still proceed to buy
gas from them. We still support people that didn't properly
prepare for worst case scenarios and not only wasted oil, but harmed
the enviroment.
Is that
something you really want to support?
Beyond March 31, 2011...
Life will
be back to normal. You will go get gas again and profits want
have suffered, but the oil companies will see one thing... that we do
care and that we don't want to be pushed around. They may not directly
govern the prices of gas, but they can do things to help control it.
They can stop disasters like the BP crisis. They
can help the honest working people (and non-honest).
Not only should you
not
buy gas on March 31, but after the date, use less gas consumption.
Not because it will hurt the gas and oil companies, but to have a
cleaner enviroment. So, that the images above won't come to
be an everyday part of life in the future. Take public
transportation, car pool, ride a bike, run, walk, or whatever it takes
to help.
Together,
We Can!
